Fond memories of a happy Barbara surrounded by her family on Christmas Day 2010. Trying her hardest and succeeding at bringing joy to all the other family members and friends in attendance. You're a star Barb ! Stacey Leaver xo

Dear Barb More family than friend, a constant in our little lives, always fun to be around, and so many other things besides. We will miss you more than we can say and more than mummy can type. Please say hello to God and Grandad Terry. Lots of love, hugs and kisses Xavier, Adelaide and Ignatius xoxoxo.

From the early beginnings of Penshurst Street Campaign office, Barb welcomed us into her family. She has been our mentor, friend, confidante, fellow traveler (with Barb driving) and collaborator throughout many local campaigns....She is a much loved Aunt to our kids. Her joie de verve will be missed but her love and life lessons will not be forgotten. Forever in our minds and hearts - Nicholas, Cassie, Greg and Jacquie

Barbara was for many years a constant helper and supporter at any number of Liberal Party fund raisers, party meetings, polling booths, campaign offices etc in electorate of Willoughby, NSW. She made every boring job in that field fun and a breeze because of her attitude and personality. I haven't seen Barbara for many years but she was a big part of my life in NSW and I have never forgotten her. She will never know of the impact she made on my life, I have taken her values into much of what I do today - to love what you do and make every chore fun and worthwhile. Lots of thanks Barbara who will no doubt be organising things on high now xxx Dominique Fisher ( ex Collins)

Barbara had a friendly, engaging personality and was willing to help just about anyone. If there was a job to be done, Barbara was there for us with her ready smile. Gone too soon. I shall miss her. (Mary Johnston)
