There's hardly a day that passes, that your not in my thoughts your music comforts me when I'm down, your deeds inspire me to be the best person I can. How I will miss you, I am so proud of the man you had become and the example you have shown. The out pouring of love that has come from our tragic loss has given me strenght. Thank you, to so many who have shared with us in our grief. Darren was an inspiration and I feel this will live on for many.
Firstly, as I google my brothers name searching how he is remembered Its great finding beautiful messages of love... the world does have a lot of beauty.. Darren's story touches us all because it rings the chords of life that we all need to hear... He must be what I imagine him to be, an inspirational friend, and a good human being that leaves the world a better place than when he arrived. Some of us could not even have achieved this humanitarian gift despite our worldly achievement and wealth. For those of us who wanted to make the world a better place but never get around to doing our part, just hearing the story of Darren and what he has done, is an inspiration for us to remember the work of all the aid volunteers and to let them know how much they are all in our prayers.. To Darren's loved ones, he will be in our prayers for a peaceful journey to a higher bliss. To his sons & partner, stay strong so his death is not in vain. A stranger he is to me but his inspiration for mankind like a lotus blooming from the mud pond pure amidst the weary hearts, His work will not be undone though his light has gone out now and bleeds our hearts and tears, our eyes, But we shall remember him a stranger, no doubt but not his work and his passion for a better mankind right to the end.
Ive know Darren for 22 years and he always cheered everyone up with his joking and his smile. We will all be thinking of you forever mate, the world will never be the same without you. May you rest in peace my good friend and we will never forget you. Leo & Simone
