Sad to learn of Frank's death. He is remembered for his fine record of naval service and devotion to his family. He made Wagga Wagga a most attractive place and he was a generous host to many. A skilled technician, he was a big cog for many as he kept all the small cogs working. I last saw him at the 1988 naval review. My deepest sympathies to his family and all who shared his life.
