He truley knew how to make you laugh and there will be NOBODY to replace him not even close and that is a fact.
All the comedic genius he demonstrated on Threes Company. A master at physical comedy. He gave us a vacation away from our life problems, creating a world full of zany unforgetable comedy. Truly thanks for those memories
My memory of JOHN is when he would run into a door, make a cross-eyed face, smile, then do it all again in three's company. THE faces he made was hilarious as well. HE will be missed greatly.
I met John Ritter the first time walking arm and arm with the late Dorothy Stratten while filming Peter Bogdonovich "They All Laughed" a 1980 comedy film. Dorothy brought John over to me introducing me to him. John was so witty and kind to the people working on the film. He never showed his star power or looked down at us he appreciated everyone. John and Dorothy could not stop laughing while filming John made everyone feel at ease. He was truly a great actor who was naturally funny. It was a shock when he passed and he will never be forgotten. God bless his family. Mary
i will always remember john's goofy faces and then when her broke into a smile...it was one of the most honest and genuine smiles...that it always made me smile in return. rest in peace john. you deserve it.
. RIP Dear John,I Still Cant Believe You Died Almost 8 Years Ago, I Still And Will Always Love And Miss You.Thank You For All The Love And Laughter You Shared With The World.
ciao grande john, mi hai fatto divertire tantissimo quando eri jack tripper nella situation comedy " tre cuori in affitto". ero giovane, tu eri fantastico e sarai sempre nei miei ricordi.
When I was a kid in grade school was the first time I saw John Ritter on the premier of Three's Company. As a youngster, I was a goofy little kid and envious of his character "Jack" because he was shacked up with two hotties. And I know all of us guys endeavored to be "Jack"! :) However, I loved that show. His antics on screen made me laugh. He made me forget there was a big world outside. As an adult I've seen him do his magnificent serious act in "Sling Blade" and knew I couldn't escape the real world. He had such great talent and versatility. I get emotional now when I think back on how he touched my life with his wonderful performances. I will feel this way anytime I see him on screen. A great man whose life ended so abruptly. I treasure his memory in my mind and in my heart. John, we miss you. You left us too early. You will be sorely missed by your fans; by everyone whom you touched in your performances and in life.
I so much miss Johns movie made for Tv I think. It was called "CHANCE OF A LIFETIME". For me it was one of his greatest Movies. Please contact me if anyone has a copy to sell. I am fairly sure Jean Stapleton and Katry Sagal starred in it with him. Such a heart warming movie. Contact me at mmhen1@yahoo.com
Mr Funny John was/is still the original funny guy in tv. whenever i`m feeling down i watch an episode of 8 Simple rules to cheer me up. john's ability to make people laugh seemed to come easy he will never be replaced or forgotten as Mr Funny in my book also A big thanks to the other cast members of 8 simple rules it couldn`t have been easy to carry on after John's passing but being the proffesionals you all are you did it with poise and grace. love to you all Richard from Edinburgh (Scotland) UK
Growing up I din not speak or undestand english...and yet..I was able to laugh out hard at the faces that he made while acting. Until one day...I was able to laugh at what he had said (thus, i was understanding english) with out looking at his face. From then on...my english has improved.
Thanks so much Mr. Ritter for all of your contributions in providing the best remedy that even money can't buy ... LAUGHTER. You were incredible. Rest in Peace!

The world is still a little less fun without you John. I watch your old episodes and I cannot believe you are not here anymore. It's hard still to think that you are gone.
