That's beautiful Dad, I just read it out to Stephen and we both got teary. We had good times at Ashmore, when you & mum used to pick me up from the airport I couldn't wait to get back to the house to see Max. I miss seeing mum's smiling face at the airport and still can't believe she's gone. I Love all 3 of you. Carolyn xxx.

Kathy there's not been a day go past that I've not thought about you and shed some tears, sometimes a lot of tears. I loved you so much. They say 'you' [me] have some beautiful memories, Yes, they are beautiful memories but now so very sad to recall on my own. You often said at those times which we knew were precious "If only we could bottle this moment" again how true. You, me and Max. The 3 Caballeros at our 'Happy Hours' -- remember how I'd clink the glassesand Max would know what it meant. The cat who laughed you called him. God I never knew how much I'd miss those times. They can never be, You've both gone and I'm trying to move on with my life. I love you so much my beautiful girl

Aunty Kath has been a great friend to my Mum and Dad for more years than I think any of them would want to admit, although my Dad did give it away. I haven't had a chance to see any of the Parkers for way too long but my childhood memories are still with me. Kath once drove with Uncle Nev to deliver a very homesick little boy from Port Macquarie to Newcastle a matter of hours after I had arrived, without complaint. I think my best testament to the kind of person Aunty Kath will always be to me is that she allowed the purchase of a rubber chicken for me as a 21st Birthday present. I named that chook Morton Australorp and he traveled far and wide in a backpack all over Europe and the US. I think it safe to say that chook was the best travelled on the planet. Aunty Kath was always so kind to me and although I hadn't seen her in a very long time I remember the fun and welcoming family I was always happy to visit as a kid and that Kath was the heart of that family. Uncle Nev, Gail and Carolyn, my thoughts are with you. Love, Anthony

Kathleen will always be loved and remembered as a beautiful, kind and generous friend. Her courage and dignity will be an inspiration to me for ever. She loved people, especially her husband and girls, her family and friends and embraced us all with her own special qualities. Our lives will be forever enriched by her graciousness. Thank you for your love to us all. Shirley

Kathleen has been greatly loved and admired from that cold Blayney day when she and Neville stood by the warm stove in Mum's kitchen and he introduced his beautiful young girlfriend from Sydney into the lives of his country cousins. Everyone rejoiced at their marriage when a lovely jewel was added to our family treasures. We who are left with time to run shall go on remembering. An always beautiful wife, a diligent, hard working, loving mother; gracious and proficient in homemaking, multi-skilled in her delicious cooking, generous in her hospitality and continuing care for others. Mostly, my beloved cousin will be remembered for her courage, bravery and kindly thoughts for others through the great struggle and trials of her life. Kathleen will be sadly missed and ever remembered whilst we who loved her wait for that timeless union way beyond all grief, caring and loss. Cousin Esma -

My Dear Es, That was a beautiful recollection and testament, I'd certainly forgotten our first meeting, but the memory of your Mother's kitchen stove have made me recall many other wonderful experiences in that kitchen and the Blayney of my childhood Neville

Kath and Neville you have been there for over thirty years, The great times I had while Kath and I worked were the best years ever, we had so many happy times then and we have certainly all had a lot together since then. Kath made every day, not good but great, Kath will never be forgotten by Allan and Leonie but we will miss your lovely face and happy smile. ."You were the best of the best" Leonie/Allan.

You were my inspiration as a wife and mum who achieved the satisfaction of both a close family and a career. I can't remember a time that I thought that you and uncle Neville did not love each other more than the day you married. You have raised a wonderful family, developed your career and you were still able to give to others. I will remember you with love and awe. Your niece, Anne

To Kathleen, my beautiful wife, If we should meet again in that promised paradise, we will laugh and talk about the wonderful life that we've had together, the joys and the million laughs that were always greatest because we shared them and any sadness that was greatly lessened because these were also shared. I'll recount our lifetime of happiness as one and how the challenges that once came, now seem distant and unimportant You've made my life perfect, I always tried to make yours also perfect and happy and hope that I mostly succeeded. If our hands should meet in that dream, I'll hold yours tightly and never let you go. I know we'll spend eternity as one and I will love you until my dying breath Your doting husband, Neville

Kath was the definition of the saying "salt of the earth". I was very fortunate to have known this great lady for more than 20 years, a time made much too brief by an illness which she fought with great courage and dignity, which of course was typical of how she journeyed through life. I was made richer for having known you gorgeous and miss you terribly, you live on in all our hearts. Love Stephen xx
