My first meeting with Grandad stewart was with my sister... He said " OH Hello you alright? His voice was deep and calming...He had a saying when it came to Ramone who was always winding grandad up at the dinner table..He said............ "Ramone! I dont play!..and everyone would crack up! You were the mighty man, the one that everyone looked upto. Daddy you grew me as your own and now you and mommy are gone. The two people that built this family and kept this family together, my mummy and daddy. I have so many memories that i can share, like when you took us to the zoo, take me on car drives and also the pictures. Remember when i stupidly pulled the hand break and your volvo went right into the wall of the neighbours house, i was so scared. You were so tall to me a giant we use to say. when i went to America we got on so good, you treated so well, we had a laugh, went shopping and went on power walking together but you would out walk me, boy you could walk. You enjoyed your life to the extreme and i'm proud to call you daddy My Grandad. ! I'm glad we became friends. So from your grandaughter and friend the one who use to cut your finger nails and toe nails when i visit you at the home. Be well daddy be well, you are now out of pain with mummy looking down on us telling us not to be sad. with all my grief I am happy that you are now free from pain and not suffering.
