I just want to say thankyou for the pleasure of being your friend, we had some wonderful & special times and you enriched my life with fun, love and care. 45 years is a long time and the memories fade but I remember how special you were and what you really meant to me. We were all so young, just starting our careers, planning our futures - so very much to look forward to. Saturday night dances at the Ryde Masonic Hall, going into town to the movies by bus because none of us had our licences then. Girls netball on Saturday and you boys playing footie on Sundays. We were young, carefree and so full of life but then suddenly, senselessly both you and Ron were snatched away from us. Two innocent young men taken without warning or goodbyes - justice that was never served once brought anger but now just remorse and sadness for what could have been and what was lost. Young friends went their seperate ways and life has gone on without you, but forget you Kevin I never will. I loved you then, I love you still and to me you will always be young and beautiful.
