I will always remember the last time I saw Lyn beacause she looked great, and we had a great time catching up. But it lulled me into a false sense of security as I did not expect it would take her so soon. I will treasure that moment and also the last sms messages I have from her. It must have been an effort for her to send them, but she did. That was Lyn, so caring and wonderful. Lyn was one of those people who you would say to others that she was just so wonderful and a truly good person. At school, good old St Patrick's, I remember her being one of the cutest girls and I think we all wanted to be like her. She wore a gold bangle which made her look so pretty. As a child I knew that Lyn was a special person, and as an adult I understand that she was one of those special people that we are blessed to know. Thank you to Duncan and her children for looking after her and also to her friends who cared for her when she was unwell. To Duncan, Hamish, Tom & Tess, we will never know how Lyne's passing will affect you all and how unbearable it must be for you all.
