Queen Mary of the donkeys-Merciless at scrabble and trivial persuit but a life which was by no means a trivial persuit-a full, erudite, intelligent and witty life.I remember taking the lords name in vain in front of her once .She sighed and through the blue cigarette smoke-nodded sagely and said "Hell exists you know-Miss 'Burntodeath' ". I may still end up there but I'm sure our Mary is busy making heaven a better and less sanctimonius place

She was a hoot!! Will keep God amused up there for an eternity. Great fun and eccentric in the nicest way. May her soul rest in peace xxxx God bless Mary
