They say as time goes by the grieving gets easier...oh how much that is a lie....as we all try to move on with our lives almost 9 mths later it still feels like we only lost you yesterday, the hurt and pain is still as clear as day..... Norm you were so many things to alot of people but to us you were our brother,as we keep our memories close to our heart the feeling is not the same cause your not hear for us to see.... You were unexpectedly taken from our lives but as we try to remember that God has a bigger and better plan for you my brother... I know you were always waiting for Justin and I to start a family well bro 7 years on were finally pregnant in which Justin says you must have been looking after us.... You were always saying "Norman Charles" is a good name! besides the fact that both you and Justin share the name Charles...Well bro you were right and you got your own way in the end as you always did with us...If it's a boy which were strongly hoping for and looks like already.... we will be naming bub Jusan Norman Charles Doyle..... Take the 'T' away from Just and Tahn which you have Jusan and of course your name as well as "Charles".... We know you would be over the moon where ever you are bro.... Luv You,Mis you every day Forever in our Hearts Your Family TahneeRuckle (as you like to call me) and Justi Charles xoxo

All the memories are staying close to my heart and your gammon jokes are unfortunately being shared amongst us all! Same old dry jokes over and over again...but we still laugh like we never heard them before! You are greatly missed and in my thoughts every day. The pain will never fade until i see your smiling face again. Love you Norm. Your cousin Kyle xx

Norm, you were the funniest guy, even to a little munchkin like me - you always had time for everyone, and always made the time to laugh. Thank you for being so kind, I will never forget you, you were one of my foundations for life - I will always miss you, and I'm sorry I never got to tell you what you meant to me, I was so sure we'd meet again.... What a great guy, norm you will be missed buddy. I have soooooo many stories of Norman and myself getting into some hilarious trouble at Nudgee College. Although i always got caught because he could run much faster than me. He always had a smile or a joke to lighten any situation. I remember he once fell alseep in study time in year 11, only to be woken by a supervisor.............. much to everyones laughter he had drooled all over his desk the size of a plate.......... I am laughing as i am writing this. You were and always will be remembered as a great friend. To the entire Freeman Family & Frineds May your memories stay strong, and all my thoughts are with you. I think we can all agree Norman was one of the funniest, kindest, happiest persons we will ever meet. When I think of Norman his huge infectious smile comes to mind and his comic ways. He will live on in our hearts and our memories. Love to Cathy and family.

Normie was known to us as 'Fringie' from his John holland railwork mates in WA. Always had a smile on his face before you even said hello to him and he used to always say 'what's that' . He left a memory of himself that we will carry with us always. Rest in peace Fringie YOUR MATES IN WA Lance, Louie, Punchy,Scotty from Mackay

I will always remember Norman for being such a beautiful person and such a loving and caring friend. I will never forget when I got injured by my horse kicking me. Norman was the first to rush into the sick bay to make sure I was alright. He also managed to put a smile back on my face with his goofing around as usual. Such a bright light and so loved by everyone that ever got to know him. My memories are all good ones of Norman and his larger than life smile. I just hope he realised how much he was loved. All of my love to all of Norman's family. Rest in peace

I always remember Norman for his smile and the way he made any situation seem not so bad. Even the countless times he was kicked out of Biology and he would sit outside and meow like a cat. Our teacher would try to ignore him and get on with the class but even he would end up cracking a smile... He never had a bad word to say and even on a bad day Norman would make anyone and everyone around him smile and laugh... You will be missed my friend but you will never be forgotten...Rest In Peace.

Norm really was the funniest guy I've ever known. Always laughing, always seeing the funny side of even the most serious things. I only have good memories of him, his laugh, his jokes, his kindness. I am blessed for having known him, and 50 years from now I will still smile when I think of him and that beautiful smile, and that fabulous laugh. Rest in peace my friend, you will never be forgotten!

Year 11 class, Kooralbyn International School... Norm's sitting down the back. Everyone is being a clown, Norm is swinging on his chair, mysteriously falls forward and cracks his chin on the side of his desk. Norm's one of the bigger kids so to see him almost lose conciousness so unexpectedly was something different. Year 11 was bearable because of you buddy and the various other budding comedians. Rest in Peace.

My heart goes out to Cathy and the rest of the family. It is so tragic to lose a relative, especially one so young as Norman was. May Cathy remain strong during this difficult time.
