I first met Peter when I was seeing his wife Leonie. It wasn't until a few years later when I was looking for a new singing teacher that Peter's name came up and I really got to know him. Peter was a lovely man with a warm and pleasant demeanour and if you didn't cheer up in his presence, then you are probably wound too tight!! He helped my singing immensely. He found my voice and for that I will always be grateful. Farewell, friend. I look forward to catching up with you one day in the clouds...

Peter helped me through my recuperation period after throat surgery about 6 years ago. I didn't know if I was going to be able to perform again. He got my voice back to be able to perform 5 nights a week again. I will be forever grateful. He was such a cheerful man with such knowledge of his craft.

I met Peter, about 4 years ago, at a difficult time in my career. Peter, fast became my confidant, my dear friend and my rock through troubled times. When I stopped believing, he gave me hope. When I said no, as I so often did, he said yes, and above all when I said I can’t Peter said “You Can”. Some of my most treasured moments and memories in my life will be that of those hours in the studio with Peter. I am eternally grateful for his work with me as a singer and a woman. He was a master of his craft, I am deeply honoured to have been able to learn from the best in the business. Peter Egan, was and still is an inspiration and the epitome of a Gentleman. We all met Peter and Leonie and Michael about 27 years ago at a very special children's weekend. Then through synchronicity Leonie and Len developed developed a professional relationship and a family friendship spanning almost 3 decades followed!! Peter is a gentleman and a gentle man his wonderful voice warms many hearts Peter's teaching comes from the heart and his positive view on life ,his piano , his singing, his broadcasts make many souls happy A loving peaceful man.
