Sometimes God needs a shining star for the night sky. Rhys will be watching over his family for eternity. When you look at the stars remember Rhys. He will always be with you and will be shining forever in your hearts. We did not know Rhys but felt the need to pay a tribute to a truely handsome young boy .

My thoughts are with you, my daughter Jodie is due to start at "big" school next week and your comments about Rhys' uniform and shoes being in the wardrobe waiting for him to start too made me feel for your loss even more. I hope in the future days, months and years you will think about Rhys not with sadness but with a smile and happy memories. All the time you remember him he will never leave you, the love in your hearts will keep his memory alive. My very best wishes to you all - Sandra Wilson from East Yorkshire xx

Rhys, one of our good and decent 11 year olds is dead. Not by chance or accident but shot cruelly in cold blood by another one of ours but not of the same making, upbringing or belonging. Somewhere with his own he is hiding. Is he afraid, does he realise the unbelievable sorrow he has caused, does he care? We leave the capture and punishment of this individual to our police and judiciary. I hope very much for Rhys and his family that justice will be done. My heart goes out to his Mum and Dad and brother.
