So many of you have tried and found 'Shak' guilty in his absence. There were no police reports to say or suggest he was carrying a knife at the time of the attack or that he was involved in a gang... was there? Agreed there is a photo of him 'holding' a knife but no evidence to suggest anything beyond the fact that it was just a photograph. Boys just laking about, agreed it was not very clever. So many of you have been throwing stones, but as parents we can only send our children to school, teach them right from wrong and pray for them to make the right decissions in life. This is a tribute site, please show respect for his grieving family members whom my thoughts and prayers are with and please, if you haven't got anything respectful to say then don't say anything.

If - say - Polish people were to create the same level of violence, I'd feel the same about them. But it seems more and more evident the increase of violence in England has to be linked to black culture and, ironically, a large number of asians seem to try and adopt it too. The rap, bling bling, blacked out car windows and "gangsta" idiocy is a way of life never experienced until recent times: in short, it has been imported by people now settled in England. there is too much hatred in here. the fact is he was young boy whose life was cut short by thugs.... nothing to do with race or colour. i am a mother and all you bad mouth people need to have respect for his familey.

As Shakis childhood friends we are deeply hurt by the racial hatred of such ignorant uneducated people.Regardless Shaki was a SIXTEEN YEAR OLD CHILD who was brutally murdered by thugs. Shaki was a kind hearted funny boy that looked out for everyone, the pictures ,(which shaki used to get girls) highlighted how naive and immature he was. These children are a product of our enviroment an enviroment which we have created. There have been numerous ocasions when innocent black people have been brutally murdered by white racist thugs for example Steven Lawrence and Anthony Walker and yet we do not judge every white person as we are educated enough to know that it is only a small minority who have this social diease. Please just stop and think if shaki was your child and take note how damaging the media is in conditioning moral opinion.

Time for zero tolerance to mean just that. Anyone found with a knife should be immediately jailed-no court case, no bail, minimum jail term with immediate effect. There is NO legitimate reason to carry a knife and no more of our children should die because our fat-cat, greedy, lazy politicians lack the courage to come down hard on the thugs who think they can slaughter anyone they like!
